Ifeile Investments Makes Significant Investment in AI-KOMU to Accelerate European Sovereign AI Expansion

Luxembourg — 7 August 2026 — Ifeile Investments, the Luxembourg-based investment company, today announced that it has made a significant strategic investment of undisclosed value in AI-KOMU, a Luxembourg-based artificial intelligence platform focused on the development, deployment and operation of sovereign AI capabilities across Europe.

The investment will support AI-KOMU’s next phase of growth, accelerating the expansion of its Sovereign AI business across six European countries and enabling the company to significantly broaden its client reach across government, enterprise and strategic technology markets.

AI-KOMU is building an integrated platform designed to connect AI talent, technology infrastructure, deployment capabilities and enterprise applications, with a particular focus on helping European markets develop greater control over their critical AI infrastructure and capabilities.

The investment from Ifeile will provide AI-KOMU with additional capital and strategic support to accelerate market entry, expand its delivery capabilities and develop relationships with a broader range of public- and private-sector clients.
